As the tourism industry in Thailand was severely affected during the 2nd quarter of 2021 by the covid-19 situation, 3rd year students took the opportunity to gain other business experience by conducting internships at Digital Marketing Agencies. Four students (Ms. Chakriya Zheng, Ms. Parichaya Lonimit, Mr. Jeeratheep Snidvongs Na Ayudhaya and Mr. Theerathorn Panomtham) gained invaluable digital marketing experience at Move Ahead Media in Bangkok, by not only receiving certificates from Google for having passed three of the Google Academy courses and becoming qualified Digital Marketing Strategists, but also an email marketing certificate from sendinblue.com.
Another
student, Mr. Petch Jeeraruangrong interned at most2414 and
gained social media managerial experience, as well as contributing informative website
articles on social media and the hospitality industry.
Congratulations to these students for taking the initiative in developing their marketing skills and recognizing the
importance of digital marketing for the hospitality industry.
