The award was received by Mr. Walid Fouque, Advisor to the President of the French Republic for Asia and Oceania, with special VIP guests in attendance including His Excellency Ambassador of Thailand, distinguished executives from Silpakorn University, Mr. Alain Sebban, President and Founder of Vatel Group, Mr. Henri Magne, Counsellor to the President of Vatel Group and Dr. Armand Derhy, Founder and Director, Paris School of Technology and Business.
