Admission and Tuition Fees

BACHELOR DEGREE



STEP 1 - ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS


Applications for the bachelor programmes are required to submit an application form and arrange for admission procedure as follows:

  1.  1” inch size ,  4 photos (apply in person)
  2. A copy of the government identification document for both the applicant and the parent (for Thai)
  3. A copy of Passport for both the applicant and the parent (non-Thai)
  4. A copy of House’s Registration for both the applicant and the parent
  5. A copy of high school level education diploma or GED or  NZQA, AS level or “A” level, IB (must be approved by the Ministry of Education, Royal Thai Government)
  6. A copy of high school level education transcript.
  7. A copy of official English language test score (if any)
  8.  English proficiency with a minimum TOEFL score (ITP=543, CBT=193, IBT=72) or IELTS score (5.5) or SAT 450 within 2 years before the application date or take and pass the SUIC English Proficiency Test

STEP 2 - INTERVIEW


Eligible students will be attended to attend a motivational interview.  If students are unable to attend the interview, then they need to inform SUIC in writing and request a long distance interview. ​The interview may be conducted orally on webcam via SKYPE Video calling. 

STEP 3 - SELECTED STUDENTS ANNOUNCEMENT


Selected students for the programme will then be notified and a list will be displayed on SUIC’s website within one week of interviews.

STEP 4 - REGISTRATION OF COURSES


Students will then be invited to register for the programme with Silpakorn University and pay the first semester's tuition fees. SUIC and Vatel staff will help guide you through this process. 

 International students:  

Once all the documents have been approved by the Ministry of Education and a student has been accepted onto the programme, SUIC will send a letter of acceptance and an official note certifying the purpose of travel in Thai and translated copy in English to the applicant. The student then has to submit both the acceptance letter and all certified documents to the Royal Thai Embassy in their relevant country to ask for a NON-IMMIGRANT STUDENT VISA

Remark: International students need to renew their visa after the first 90 days and report to the Immigration Bureau every 90 days. 



APPLICATION FEES:

BACHELOR = 400 Thai Baht 

Paid by cash when applying in person
Paid by money transfer when applying online admission

Paid by money transfer or Postal Money Order when postal applying

TUITION FEES:

90,000 baht per semester (180,000 Baht per year) for Thai nationals and international students

Internships and travel are based on market rates of airfare and required internship at the time
